PSG Asset Management Holdings (Pty) Limited (“PSGAMH”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of PSG Konsult Limited which is itself 73.2% owned by the JSE-listed PSG Group Limited.
PSGAMH holds 100% of various underlying companies which hold the licenses under which PSGAM trades, including PSG Asset Management Life Limited, PSG Collective Investments Limited , PSG Fund Management (CI) Limited (Guernsey)) and PSG Asset Management (Pty) Ltd. PSGAMH also owns 65% of the PSG Hedge Fund Business PSG Absolute Investments.
In addition to its ownership of PSG Asset Management, PSG Konsult also owns PSG Konsult Financial Planning and PSG Online.
